Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Profinado Labs Inc. and govern your use of the NoCringo mobile app and related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using NoCringo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
NoCringo provides AI-assisted analysis of user-submitted message text and suggests possible rewrites or reply options. You decide whether and how to use any suggestion.
3. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws of your country, to use NoCringo. If you are under the required age, you may not use NoCringo.
4. Your content and responsibility
- You are responsible for the text you submit and for any message you send to others.
- You confirm you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before using them in personal, social, academic, or professional communication.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NoCringo to:
- Break the law or support unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
- Create deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, impersonating, or spam content.
- Infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass service security or availability limits.
6. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid features are offered as in-app subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, payment methods, and refund handling are managed by the store platform where you purchased the subscription.
We do not directly process card payments for in-app subscriptions and cannot override store billing decisions.
Any free trial, if offered, is subject to the rules of the store platform and the terms presented in the app.
7. AI output disclaimer
NoCringo uses AI systems that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or contextually unsuitable output. Suggestions are provided for assistance only and are not guaranteed to be correct, safe, or appropriate for your specific situation.
NoCringo is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed relationship/work guidance. You must use your own judgment before sending or relying on suggestions.
8. Intellectual property
The app, service, branding, and related software are owned by Profinado Labs Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or used NoCringo in abusive or unlawful ways. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, NoCringo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profinado Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of NoCringo.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
